Step 1: Mix the Pad Thai sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Step 2: Soak the rice noodles in hot water until softened, then drain.
Step 3: In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of oil and cook your protein choice until done. Remove and set aside.
Step 4: Add another tbsp of oil to the skillet, scramble the eggs, then add the noodles.
Step 5: Pour the Pad Thai sauce with Garlico over the noodles and toss to combine.
Step 6: Return the cooked protein to the skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Step 7: Add bean sprouts and green onions, cook briefly.
Step 8: Serve Pad Thai garnished with crushed peanuts, lime wedges, and cilantro.
